Unfortunately, we do not offer a pickup option, as our inventory is distributed across multiple supplier locations. However, all orders placed within the United States include free shipping, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free delivery experience.
4. What components are included with a used engine when I place an order?
The engine assembly that will be received will include the main internal parts, such as the block, head, piston, camshaft, and crankshaft, as well as other components. Additional parts, such as change-over accessories and items that may show wear and tear, may also be included but will not be covered by warranty and will not be charged for.
5. When can I expect to receive the order?
Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.
6. Is delivery to a residential address possible?
We offer free shipping to both residential and business locations. However, if a liftgate is required for unloading at a residential address, an additional $250 liftgate fee will be applied.
7. What should I do if the merchandise I receive is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If the merchandise you receive is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can take immediate action. Used Engines Inc. offers warranty coverage on all used engines and transmissions. Vehicle models from 2001 onward are covered by a 6-month warranty, while vehicle models before 2001 include a 3-month warranty. For additional details or assistance, please contact our Sales team at 1800-518-9776..

We do not offer delivery to locations outside the United States at this time.
