Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Certain orders may require additional sourcing, verification, or quality inspection, which may extend processing times. If additional information is required, our Customer Support Team will contact you promptly.
Shipping Locations
Used Engines Inc currently ships only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- International destinations

Shipping Methods
Most engines and transmissions are shipped using professional Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.
Smaller automotive components, when available, may be shipped using standard parcel delivery services.
The shipping method selected depends on the product purchased, shipment size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Delivery Inspection

Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues

To assist with our review, customers are encouraged to provide:

- Photographs of the shipping pallet and packaging

Delivery Delays

Responsibility for the shipment transfers upon delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.
