How to Claim a Warranty
If you're ready to file a warranty claim, please make sure to have the following on hand:

Proof of Issue: Photos or videos that show the problem.

Warranty Documents: Signed at the time of your purchase.

Diagnostic Report: From an ASE-certified mechanic, if proof of the issue is unavailable.
Before initiating a claim, please ensure that all pre-installation checks (as listed on the warranty page) are followed during installation. This would help avoid many common issues.
Return & Cancellation Policy
We take all measures to send a good working unit at the first place. If you still wish to return your used engine/ used transmission because of any issue with it. Here is our return guidelines:

Returns are only accepted within the warranty period from the date of delivery.

After return approval, we’ll arrange a pickup and provide a Bill of Lading (BOL).

Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Returns with modifications, damage, or partial/complete installation may not be accepted.

Once we inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, assuming the return is approved. If the return is authorized, we'll cover the original shipping costs.

After receiving the item, replacements will be shipped within 7-10 business days as per our standard fulfillment process. Note that defective items must be picked up before replacements are shipped or refunds are initiated.

Disclaimer
- Ensure the engine is strapped exactly as received to prevent any shipping damage.
- Refusing a scheduled pickup will result in additional charges for rescheduling.
- If the driver arrives and you don't have a hard copy of the Bill of Lading, the merchandise will not be picked up, and you'll incur charges for the dry run and rescheduling.
- Changing the pickup address after scheduling will lead to charges for the dry run and setting up a new appointment.
